Uptime Guarantee

Important: The 'Terms of Service', has the full details and accurate information which is updated. This article only seeks to help explain the rules to which you agree.

• If a shared or reseller server has more than 0.1% downtime during any month, you may receive one month of credit for that hosting plan.
• Approval of the credit is at the discretion of HostGator, dependant upon our records.
• Server maintenance does not count as downtime.
• Just because your website does not work, this does not mean your server has downtime. As long as the server is available to deliver your content, then the guarantee is met. It is your responsibility to have working content.
• To request a credit, please contact sales@frycustom.com with justification. All requests must be made in writing via email.
• Uptime guarantees only apply to shared webhosting and reseller account owners. Dedicated servers are covered by a separate and unique network guarantee.
